(G)I-DLE [iDOL] IN SEOUL Blu-ray Failed to open disc

Hi,
I am new to ripping Blue ray disc but I watched a lot of youtube video.
I picked up a cheap combo from Cash Converters where it include OWC Mercury Pro 5.25 Inch External Optical Drive Enclosure and lg blue ray external drive for 150aud.
I believe the previous owner used this to rip blue ray.
my Firmware is solid, i didnt even need to update it .
However, when i tried to rip the latest Kpop concert for g idle it failed. My Christopher nolan collection is still arriving at the moment so i dont have any other disc to test.
The disc did open in my windows manual but the drive is disconnected when i try to double click on the content.
I believe it is the protection on the disc :/
