Seems like there are multiple playlists that contain the main movie (maybe some differences in audio language/commentary/etc.). I think your best bet might be to do a decrypted backup (click the folder icon from the main screen) and then it will copy all of the files to your disc once, and then you can open the backup and extract all of the titles you want (so you can figure out which one you actually want to keep) and it will read at your HDD/SSD speed instead of at the much much slower Blu-ray disc speed

Why do you have all titles selected? The 3 movie titles will most likely be for different languages. If you click on a title, you should see in the lower right pane, the mpls playlist number. For English, depending on your region, the usual one is 00800, sometimes 00004.

You could create a decrypted folder backup by clicking the yellow folder button in the top menu (instead of the big disc drive button) then you can use GetMPLS program to find the correct playlist file.

Is that a Pixar movie? I've found sometimes they have made multiple versions that differ in the language of signs and text in the movie video content. Street signs, billboards, labels on switches, etc. Have not found a way better than making all three, and watching them until some sign comes up in the video and I can see what language was used.

Universal (almost) way is that the first/lowest-numbered title is English, with Spanish and French as the others.
