Battlestar Galactica Series episodes will not appear in MakeMKV. Only bonus features will show.

Hello,
I have been trying to rip my BSG Blu ray series for my Plex server but every single disc I try the actual episodes will not appear in MakeMKV. The only files that do show are the bonus features from the disc. I have attached the debug log if that will be of any use.
