I've been trying makemkv with a number of discs recently and have had lots of trouble with audio. Everything is fine with the DVDs that I backed up, but my success rate with blu-ray is 0%.
When I tried to backup a Dark City disc, the audio was out of sync. The Cosmos Spacetime Odyssey's first disc has 4 episodes, three of which came up with no audio and one came up with the commentary audio instead of the episode's standard audio.
I'm not seeing any way to associate audio with video or to compensate for the audio track offset that I gather is sometimes included in a BR disc. When I go to rip a disc, "Save Selected Titles" is greyed out, if that tells you anything. I have to backup the entire disc and selectively copy out just the specific video files I want to hold onto.
