Land of Mine bluray

I'm trying to back this up and hope someone has a suggestion.
MakeMKV doesn't find AACS keys, the disc isn't encrypted. But it has some other sort of copy protection where the files apparently all have multiple entries. The disc is a burned disc, came that way out of the sealed bluray case and I bought this at Bestbuy some time ago. i.e. I don't think it is a blootleg copy, I'm sure I bought it on release day.
So the problem is in file explorer, it shows the disc has 208GB, but I think it is just a single layer with 20GB of actual data. So, I need to figure out how to find the playlist and view it, to determine what files under STREAM needs saved. It shows 876 files in that folder.
When I try to use MakeMKV to backup the disc, it reports a bunch of errors but continues. If I just copy the files in file explorer, it wants to copy 208GB out. I don't want to spend 208GB to backup what is likely just 20.8GB of data. What do I do? I haven't yet done any playlist editing or anything like that so no idea where to start.
Thanks
