I have been having this issue since the last update where any and all 4k movies or TV shows are not converting, they all go through the process of Folder process or by selecting the drive to convert and once finished, there is no sound or picture and after several minutes, a message pops up "cannot play"
I am trying to convert all my physical content to digital for my media player. It work a while back and hasn't for a while.
On the other hand, all DVD and blurays bot movies and TV series are converting and the playback is amazing
Is this an issue, if this is will there be an update to correct this error

While DVDs and Blu-rays are still converting successfully, the lack of functionality for 4K content suggests a potential bug that the developers may need to address in future updates. I also hope there's a quick fix to restore full functionality.

You are probably missing the correct codec to decode the video with the player you are using. If the rip completes with no errors then the resulting mkv is just fine.
