I have some glitching/artifacts appearing in S03E13 at 22:02. They don't appear when the disc is played in a Sony home BD player. No errors appear in the log.
It's identical to the problem described in this thread, except it's a different episode on the disc and it's only a few frames instead of several seconds: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=6867&p=28681
