I have a bluray that makemkv reads the title for, but it won't give me the option to backup or open it. The buttons remain greyed out. I've restarted makemkv, tried 3 different drives, and they all do the same thing.

I can play the movie locally and I can also browse the file contents in Windows File Explorer.

Any ideas what's up?

probably a knockoff disc
thats not formatted in the standard way a bluray would be so it just thinks its a data disc.
you maybe able to just copy off the stuff yourself
