Hello.

I've been able to successfully rip "Rise of the Planet of the Apes". In MakeMKV, I selected English and French subtitles. However, when playing the mkv file, the French subtitles don't appear. I searched here but didn't find any solution when searching for "missing", instead getting bunch of "content missing".

I did the 2 other disks "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes" and "War for the Planet of the Apes" and the French subtitles appear correctly, only that one for some reason will not show up.

Can anyone help?

The program MediaInfo can show you a bunch of details about your .mkv file. What does it say about the rip with the missing subtitles? Are they in the .mkv file?
