Bars and Idents

Hi, sorry, slight beginner to ripping here. i am currently ripping some shows and one of my discs (i have yet to see if this problem persists on the other discs as well). it seems to be the a problem in the chapter set up that causes it, as two of them are like this, and two have a minute with bars, then an ident with into on it. this issue is not present when just watching the disc. what to do?
