Over the past few days I've had errors ripping the Blu Rays of The Office (Seasons 1 and 3) and Dexter New Blood. On multiple discs I've encountered errors including:

"Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00006.m2ts' at offset '3497717760'" and "Error 'OS error - STATUS_DEVICE_DATA_ERROR' occurred while reading '\Device\CdRom0' at offset '3497717760'"

Is this an issue with the discs, or is it an issue with my computer/drive?

external or internal drive?

Externals often have power issues when they go fast, if you don't have the powered by more than one USB port. They will shut down when they go really fast, with errors like that.
