MPEG-2 Pixel Aspect Problem

Hey all, I have two MPEG-2 files I ripped with MakeMKV, both 1920x1080, showing up in HandBrake as 1080x1080. I went to the HandBrake forum and showed them the log it gave me, and the people there noticed that the files have a PAR of 9:16 and a display of 1:1.
Stream #0:0(eng): Video: mpeg2video (Main), yuv420p(tv, progressive), 1920x1080 [SAR 1:1 DAR 16:9], SAR 9:16 DAR 1:1, 23.98 fps, 23.98 tbr, 1k tbn
Maybe there's a bug in MakeMKV now that's setting it wrong?
(I also found an MPEG-2 file I ripped years ago it looks great in HandBrake now, so don't think the issue is there.)
I'm currently re-ripping/re-HandBraking all my Blus with different settings. Both of these movies ripped/HandBraked perfectly fine years ago, so I don't think it's a disc issue.
