I ripped a full BDMV of the 2016 Dolby ATMOS demo disc, the rip appears to have went fine but when I go to watch the full blu ray on my zidoo the menu never loads, it just spins. All other back ups I’ve done this far have worked flawlessly (thanks to all for that) except this one.

Is there a better method? Did the rip just not go right and I need to try again? Thanks for any help.

I'm guessing it's a Dolby thing. I've got a few demo discs and these are the only ones that won't play properly on my zidoo.
