The Redeemed - Blu Ray

Has anyone ran into a disc/movie that will not work. I have a movie call The Redeemed on Blu Ray. I've tried 3 disc and 5 drives with the same results. After a few attempts it just doesn't load. NO DISC INSERTED - MakeMKV shows the drive as greyed out. The movies work in a DVD/BluRay player just fine. I know disc can be bad, but 3 of them.
