Error halfwat through converting

I have a few iso files that I want to make into MKVs. I used to do ISO files but like the MKV format better. It keeps erroring out halfway through while converting. I tried several different PCs and 3 different ISOs. Can someone take a look at the error log and point me in the direction where the problem might be?
