Hello,

I am having a failure on this disc. By all indications, looks brand new. It is a Netflix rental, not store bought. First BD I have problems with in a while but is a newer release. I've ripped 100's with makemkv, so I have experience and followed the typical procedures. I will order a replacement just in case, but again, the disc looks absolutely pristine.

Attached is the log file with debug enabled.

Retries set to 10.

Your ASUS BW-16D1HT drive was struggling to read the disc.

It has been my experience that some drives just don't like some discs. I have 3 different drives, including an ASUS like yours. When my 'main' drive fails to read a disc, I try the disc in a different drive and often it works fine.
