Halo Series on Blu Ray

I have the new Halo series (Paramount & Showtime) on blu ray and am having trouble getting all of the titles to save. I tend to only get one title per disc. Each disc has at least two episodes. Has anyone else had this issue? Anyone found a work around?

You can split MKV files on a chapter boundary using MKVtoolnix.

Can you post a screenshot of your MakeMKV window and your log from trying to rip one of the discs?
