Cloudy with a chance of meatballs 2D version

Hi,

I have successfully ripped other disks (some with mild fingerprints on) however cloudy with a chance of meatballs does not work.
Sometimes it scans the titles ok then fails, other it fails the scanning properly (of which the code below is an example of).
The disk is not scratched (perfectly clean - not a mark on it) and the blu-ray drive is a few days old.
I've tried ripping without DASPI and with - no difference.
There seems to be two main errors:
'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:READ RETRIES EXHAUSTED'
and
Error 'OS error - (ipc/send) invalid destination port'

Please make sure that you have latest DASPI, v1.2
Then try making full disc backup with or without decryption http://www.makemkv.com/faq/item/4/catid/4
But this error does indicate a physically damaged disc.

I do have the latest DASPI (1.2) installed and it won't do a complete unencrypted backup.
So what your saying is most likely correct (dodgy disk), was just checking.
