Avatar Extended Collector's Edition - BD-J Error Code 0001

I successfully made a backup of Avatar Extended Collector's Edition into hard drive and made MKV files also.
But I tried to play it on PowerDVD Ultra 22 and it displayed red screen said that please update Bluray player firmware.
I checked status and it said that BD-J Error Code 0001.
However, I was able play MKV files on VLC media player without any problems.
Does anyone have any experience with that? Any working around solution?
