Uncharted BluRay Will Not Read

I've never had this come up before... every other disc works fine, but I keep getting this error when I try to open Uncharted BluRay from Redbox. I've cleaned and checked the disc... everything looks perfect physically.

MakeMKV v1.16.7 win(x64-release) started
Error 'OS error - STATUS_DEVICE_NOT_CONNECTED' occurred while reading 'BD-RE HL-DT-ST BD-RE BU40N 1.00 MO9L3VC0547' at offset '1376256'
Error 'OS error - STATUS_DEVICE_NOT_CONNECTED' occurred while reading 'BD-RE HL-DT-ST BD-RE BU40N 1.00 MO9L3VC0547' at offset '1376256'
udf: node fe/efe failed!

Error 'OS error - This device does not exist' occurred while reading '/AACS/MKB_RO.inf' at offset '0'
Error 'OS error - This device does not exist' occurred while reading '/AACS/Content000.cer' at offset '0'

I get this same error repeatedly at different offset numbers, then it says failed to open disc.

Windows Explorer then re-reads the disc and the name Uncharted pops up again.

My drive is Libredrive capable, but it doesn't get to the point of using it to try to read the disc.

Has anyone successfully read Uncharted Blu Ray?

Drive is losing power you need to use both USB cables or get a high powered USB hub like this https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00 ... VXLJ&psc=1

I tried using the 2nd USB for more power, but it does the same thing.

you likely need the high powered USB hub then
