when trying to scrub "Sing 2" french blu ray, i'm not getting any info, as a floatting point exception occurs while getting disc content.
the backup function perfectly, but when trying to get track list, something bad seems to occurs.

I want to make sure I understand. You have successfully made a decrypted backup of the blu-ray? And then when you try to make a .mkv from the backup, you're getting an error? Can you post your MakeMKV log?
