Having an issue with Rambo Last blood 4k. US version

I have tried 800 pls and this 278mpls. Both seem to fail in the same location. Brand new disk just purchased never played on anything before.
No scratches nothing.

USB-powered drive? It's spinning too fast for the power available, and shutting down. This is covered in the sticky at the top of this forum about "If you're experiencing rip errors, please read here first!"

not a USB drive its an internal drive WH16NS60 I use it for all my 4k UHD disks.
