Hi-Love and use the product. I don't know about 10000, but until today, it has worked reliably for many of my back up needs. Today, I was backing up my copy the Collector's Edition of The Bridge on the River Kwai.

The repeated error message was:
Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:COPY PROTECTION KEY EXCHANGE FAILURE - KEY NOT ESTABLISHED' occurred while issuing SCSI command AD010..080002400 to device 'IoKit:/IOBDServices/349EA67D'
Can't read AACS VID from disc - most likely current AACS host certificate is revoked by your drive

I'm using a ASUS BW-16D1HT Blu-ray drive on Mac OS v12.2.1 and MakeMKV v1.16.5


I've attached the dump file if it would help.

Of more interest is the error messages leading up to the key exchange error. The assumption is that your drive didn't reset during the rip, but we cannot tell that from what's been posted.

Do you have debug logging enabled? Can you provide the log from that?

I tried again using the most current version, 1.6.7. Same experiences. I'm attaching the error log you suggested sharing.

If it helps, I was able to rip a different blu-ray, so it seems just the one, Bridge on River Kwai, which is confusing, since the AACS is 14.
