Can't rip Blu-ray on OS Monterey.

Just got a new MacBook 16" 2021 (OS Monterey) and downloaded to it a fresh copy of MakeMKV (1.16.5). Ripped a DVD without issue. But can't rip a Blu-Ray. MakeMKV does not even recognize the drive with a Blu-Ray in it. Just to be sure all systems are otherwise good. I brought my drive and same disk over to my old MacBook Pro (OS Big Sur) and MakeMKV (same version as other new Mac - 1.16.5) had no problem reading the and ripping the same blu-ray disk in the same drive. I'm guessing the issue is MakeMKV being compatible with Mac OS Monterey.
