The Office (US) (Bluray) Season 3 Disc 3 issue

Hello,
So I am trying to rip the episodes off disc 3 for the office bluray, but I am having an odd issue. I can get most episodes off correctly, but when I go to look and check the playback and make sure what episode is which, episode 12 and 13 are both messed up. I have one file that is 40 minutes long and one that's 20 and it's a mixture of the two episodes. I'm kinda at a loss on what I should even do. :/. I've done everything to see what's causing it. On the disc's episode guide it has them labeled as "the traveling salesmen / the return. Any advice? I got the set off amazon.
