Ripping Blu-Ray with commentary

So I have been ripping my massive DVD collection an I am starting my blu-rays I had no issues with the DVDs at all but now when I rip my blu-rays some either will be in a different language or the most common issue I have come across is it will rip with commentary in the background am I doing something wrong I have ripped over 500 DVDs with no issues and tv shows complete seasons with no issues at all
