Wrong Sorting order?

So I started to backup my Orphan Black blu-ray discs (UK). As I rip episodes individually, I select them and unselect the main entry. After I ripped the first disc, I played what I thought the first episode, and discovered that it was actually the 3rd episode.
It seems that File 0000.mpls, which was added as title #3, is in fact the first episode. I loaded the same disc in DVDFab, and this is the listing:
According to that, 0 = episode 1, 2 = episode 3.
Is MakeMKV sorting it wrongly, or DVDFab?
