My drive is not recognizing this disk as being in the drive. Is there a fix for this error?

Hi,
I have the same issue, only with this Movie.
On my UHD Player I can watch this Film, but on my Note there is no disk inside the drive BU40N

2 thing clean the disc and clean the drive lasers can be done very easy with that drive just eject the tray.
After that I recommend a pioneer they are much more reliable

I read three separate threads today saying the BU40N in a USB enclosure often does this when its power supply is not up to the job. Start there.
