Content hash table missing

Post by dansmith »

I'm trying to back up some non-commercial Blu-rays (home videos, basically), and I get the following error messages:

Code: Select all

Backing up disc into folder "/Volumes/Media/To Do/Discs/FiresideACast"
AACS directory not present, assuming unencrypted disc
Content hash table missing, unable to verify integrity of M2TS files.
Error 'Internal error - Operation result is incorrect (227)' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00001.m2ts' at offset '9957672960'
Failed to save title /BDMV/STREAM/00001.m2ts to file /Volumes/Media/To Do/Discs/FiresideACast/BDMV/STREAM/00001.m2ts
Backup done but 1 files failed hash check
Looks to me like these discs weren't created with an integrity hash, and so MakeMKV assumes they are corrupt. (But I could be totally misunderstanding what the "content hash table" and "hash check" are all about...)

If I'm right, is there any way to turn this behavior off and just trust the content? Any other suggestions?
