Problem ripping a bluray iso

Not sure if this has been aske before, if so hopefully someone can tell me where to look.
Have been using makemkv for a few weeks now converting dvd and bluray to mkv and so far it works fine. But today I encounter a file that gives a disc error when loading (also when I load the iso as a disc).
When testing the m2ts files they seem to be ok so I wonder if it is possible to bypass the disc structure and open the m2ts files directly so I can still convert them to mkv.
