HI!

Perhaps too obvious a question but, are you sure you have the Blu-ray "Special Edition" version?

I ask because what you describe you're seeing sounds like either the Blu-ray "regular" edition or the DVD "Special Edition".

Another thought - Is the disc either a "combo" or "flipper"?

Which version of which format did you purchase?

I have the US release of the "special edition" and MakeMKV is able to detect the DTS-HD MA track. No problems at all.

I have the bluray version and i'm running MakeMKV v1.6.3 linux(x64-release)
it fails to open the disk. I went to the url as requested. I have also downloaded the latest dsall.sqv

So reading this thread it looks like yall were able to open the disk with makemkv. Was that with the windows version?

In my case yes, that's with the Windows version. Originally I had AnyDVD running (as I always do), but, I tried again just now with AnyDVD disabled and I'm still able to open the disc with no problem. DTS-HD MA track shows up just fine, as well.
