Backup and play issues

Hi guys. Total noob here. I'm having issues backing up my 20th Century Fox Blu-ray discs.... well, not trouble backing them up but trouble playing them.
My backup process is:
*Use MakeMKV to backup and decrypt BD
*Use a program to convert files to ISO
*Use another program to mount the ISO
*Playback with PowerDVD 9
Most of my BDs work fine with this but it seems the ones with by 20CF can't play because they get the red screen saying "your blu-ray player requires an update to play this disc". If you play the disc itself, there is a different black screen saying "This Blu-ray disc has been manufactured to the latest standards..." or something like that. The bugger thing is that only the other manufacturers eg Paramount and WB offer Digital Copy Discs along with the original BD.
Anyway, just wondering if anyone here could offer any help. I thinking this isn't a MakeMKV problem but the ISO mounting software.
