MakeMKV backup with problematic disc

I have a problematic disc I've been trying to create a decrypted MakeMKV backup of, which keeps failing on one .m2ts file. I was able to copy all files from the same disc using Windows File Explorer. Per other threads on this board, I was able to create and use the discatt.dat file. So I have a couple of questions.
1. When running MakeMKV backup, if it fails on any file it aborts the process. Is there a way to have it skip the errant file and continue processing the remaining files?
2. Upon opening discatt.dat with the still-encrypted Windows File Explorer copy, it offered to decrypt/extract all the files to .mkv files. Is there a way to just decrypt them to the same .m2ts files that would have resulted if the MakeMKV backup had worked?
Thanks for any help!
