Is it possible to force MakeMKV to ignore AV sync issues on a case-by-case basis?

I was ripping the "Onwards" movie and got the following sync issues in the log:
Is there a way to tell MakeMKV to not drop certain frames? I'm asking because in the very first case (at 0:03:18.240) the drop is actually audible, there's a "pop" in the audio track at this spot. It's not an issue in the other places so I wish there was a way to tell the app to ignore this particular sync issue.
Code: Select all
AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:03:18.240 with duration of 1.666ms : 2 frame(s) dropped to reduce audio skew to -0.019ms
AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:08:14.327 with duration of 1.666ms : 2 frame(s) dropped to reduce audio skew to +0ms
AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:09:34.991 with duration of 1.666ms : 2 frame(s) dropped to reduce audio skew to -0.016ms
