Blu-Ray Distortion

Hello everybody,
I made a few MKV files for different blu-ray discs. I am getting the distortion seen below during playback. I have attempted multiple rips of multiple discs and attempted playback on multiple players. I have also played the blu-rays on the same blu-ray drive with no issue. Any suggestions on additional troubleshooting? Thanks everybody.
