Trying to rip Master of Cinema's Lubitsch boxset. I keep getting this error for each disc.

It can do backups successfully, but then it still gives me that error when trying to rip the backup. Any ideas?

Both DVDfab and iskysoft were able to rip the backups to mkv. I'm not sure why makemkv had trouble with this one.

I'm also getting this error. This is happening on 4 discs that I tried (so far)
Hunter x Hunter set 1 disc 1, 2
Lupin III: Voyage to Danger
Lupin III: Island of Assassins

All these I was able to successfully rip back in April, but something since then is causing these to fail. They get to the very end with like 3 seconds remaining then fail.

This is on 1.15.1 for Linux.

I would like to add that I rolled back to 1.15.0 and the issue stopped occurring.
