I'm having trouble making a backup of "40-Year-Old Virgin." When I try to rip all of the tracks, it skips over many of them. What I'm trying to do is piece together the deleted scenes so that they're in the same order and length as on the blu-ray. There isn't one long track that all of them, the playlist is very fragmented.

I've tried the method described in this post:

But when I do the above method, it just finds more tracks to skip. It's really odd. Has anybody else ran into this or figured out a work around?

Backup should not skip files. Are you using the "Open" method to read the disk, which would create MKVs of individual selected tracks?
