Redbox version I have matches everything you have here, but the file name is Uncut Gems_t318.mkv (not 315). Segment map is the same though.

Title # (..._txxx.mkv) is relative to an individual user's 'Minimum title length(seconds)' setting (Video tab). It's the .mpls that matters.
