PCM Audio Issue/MPC-HC

When I rip a Blu-ray with PCM Audio, while playing the file in MPC-HC, if I advance a chapter, often times the video is frozen while the audio continues to play. I usually have to pause playback and try resuming to get the video started.
Is this an issue with MPC-HC or with the resulting MKV?
I know there's a lot of things missing here, but won't matter for diagnosis purposes. Let's just say MPC-HC is an x64 version made within the past 12 months, as part of the K-Lite Codec pack and no I did not try it in say VLC.
