Add a feature to uncheck all the files on the DVD

Some blu ray disks seems to have what appears to be a copy protection format where it implies there are hundreds of files on the blu ray DVD. It would be nice if makemkv had an option to de-select all the files that have been selected for copying, so you don't have to either click off 440 clicks or watch it and interupt it after the file you are interested in is copied. The hunger games blu ray movies have this if you want to test.

You apparently aren't familiar with "Context menus".
Put your mouse cursor over the left hand window with the titles list. On Windows and Linux, RIGHT click on an empty area, to bring up the context menu. On a Mac, I believe it's Command-Click.
You have three options available. One is "deselect all".

That function is already available.
On a MAC, simply hover over any part within the description box, then either right click or Control+Option and left click to bring up the menu.
These are the three options:-
Toggle item
Select all
Unselect all

If I deselect all with right click, only the first layer with titel is deselected. The sublayer with audio and subtitles is still selected. Do I have to deselect them as well or is it enough to uncheck the first layer "titel"?

Deselecting the title is "enough", in that that track will not be ripped.
