Gravitas Ventures Blu-ray Rip Problems

About half of my Gravitas Blu-rays work and half do not. I just tried doing Austin Found Blu-ray and it gave me
Error 'OS error - STATUS_DEVICE_DATA_ERROR' occurred while reading '\Device\CdRom0' at offset '1048576'
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/21861.m2ts+20802.m2ts+25981.m2ts+15978.m2ts+29963.m2ts+02433.m2ts+21306.m2ts+03014.m2ts+...' at offset '13049856'
Error 'OS error - STATUS_DEVICE_DATA_ERROR' occurred while reading '\Device\CdRom0' at offset '13049856'
it finally booted up with over 150 playlists, but none would work?
Anyone know a workaround? The disk shows up on my computer, but i can't even play the blu-ray from my computer.
