U-Control / Special Features During Movie

I ran across a movie with a Trivia Track, or really just subtitles with facts that play during the movie. Then I started aearching and realized my BTTF 30th Anniversay has a Trivia Track but it does not seem to be a subtitle but more over some sort of interactive overlay?
Is it possible to preserve these in some fashion? Even if I have to rip a separate movie file with this burned perm onto the alternate file I would like to start a collection of these fun features to watch.
Does anyone have any tips to make this happen if it is possible?
