Can't load a BD Folder!

There is an error occurred when I load movie Fight Club BD Folder "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted". Then I followed your FAQ on http://www.makemkv.com/faq/item/12 to try to solve this problem, but failed.
I can find the movie Fight Club info from the file KEYDB.CFG.
Can anyone help me to solve this problem.
