Issue with Dark Knight Rises and LG UBK player

Playing Dark Knight Rises on 4K Player (LG UBK90). Watched about 5 movies no issue. Watch this movie and there is a stuttering/freeze at a certain part of the movie. It is not during a fast or action sequence. Tried to clean disc, turn off player, turned all the extra stuff from the TV settings OFF.
Someone said it has something to do with it being a 3 layer disc and sometimes at certain parts it was damaged during production. I heard it was not the TV. Betting its not the player because other 4K UHD Discs play fine.
If anyone has any idea what it could be. Thinking it's the disc itself. Some people have said it could be the player is so sensitive to dust. The pixelated/stuttering/freezing of the one frame (so far) literally skips. It's only about 4 secs I think.
Let me know if you have experienced this and how to solve it. I am guessing the only choice to really find out is buy another 4K Dark Knight Rises and see if it is replicated. Maybe someone here has an idea.
