Unable to get English Audio

I have recently tried to rip 2 different Blu-Ray movies and both times the movies have copied with a foreign language by default. After turning off all other language audio options except for English, the rip has no audio at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Without the names of the disks involved, it's hard to say. Sometimes, the English audio has "better specs" than than other languages, and your player software might not be capable of playing it. For example, many versions of VLC cannot handle DTS-HD MA audio tracks.

I think your rip is okay, but the equipment cannot see or play the audio track due to some limitations.

So please, tell us a little bit more how do you play the MKV file. Best ist to produce a listing with "MediaInfo" to see what is exactly in the MKV FIle.

So after playing my mkv files in VLC instead of windows default Movies & TV app, they worked just fine. Thank you for your assistance.
