Bruce Springsteen - Western Stars

Hi!
I'm new to this BD ripping thing. I used Open BlueRay Ripper 2 Express for it.That had worked a lot of times now.
Now I have the "Bruce Springsteen - Western Stars" BD that I want to rip, so I could just stream it from my Home Theater PC. The BD itself runs normally.
But first of all makeMKV reports "No disk". When I coose a stream manually it just stopps after the analysing process:
"The volume key of this DVD/BD is unknown - the video can not be decrypted.
Opening the disk failed."
What can I do? What data do you Need to help me solving this problem?
