A Christmas Story Blu-ray Fails to Rip :( (m2ts corrupt and AV Sync Issue) [UPDATE!]

UPDATE
------------------------
I'm flabbergasted right now, I have no idea why this movie now was rip-able. I switched computers just for the heck of it and ripped this movie using the same settings, Blu-ray driver and same MakeMKV software version. I managed to get the disc to rip on there. The first time I did it on the 2nd computer, it had all the same errors as below, but it somehow completed the rip. I ripped it again, cause I didn't have the software in Expert Mode, so my file names weren't named properly. The 3rd and final rip went smoothly without any errors. How? I have NO IDEA. Tbh, I'm just glad it finally ripped without errors.
------------------------
I just bought a brand new Blu-ray movie from Best Buy (A Christmas Story) and for some reason I can't seem to rip this thing I'm using the LG BP50NB40 external Blu-ray drive. I've done other movies and they ripped. The AACS Version of this movie is v7, my drive supports up to v65. Also, when the disc loaded, it can't seem to identify it, it just says LOGICAL_VOLUME_ID. I loaded the disc in my XBOX One and it loaded and played fine (I didn't play the entire movie, just the first 5min.)
