Every time i attempt to rip this disc MakeMKV crashes with "A Fatal Error Occurred" and closes.
I've ripped a dozen DVDs and a few Blu Rays today without issue.

Windows 10 1809
MakeMKV 1.14.4
Pioneer BDR-XD05s

Most frequent cause of this is Windows Update deciding to change permissions around, or even deleting parts of MakeMKV.

I exempted the MakeMKV executables from Defender, uninstalled and re-installed MakeMKV, and it still crashes.
It's only this one disc though...

I'll see if a machine at work had a BD drive that I can test it on.

Thanks!
