Failed to save title 0 to file <Path>

I am not sure whether my original post http://www.makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic ... 8269#p8269 was in the right forum. Hence adding the problem here as well.
The problem: I created a bluray image file (.img) of the clips I shot in my HD Camcorder by exporting it from FCP (actually choosing "Share as" option and clicking on hard drive for blu-ray image).
Steps followed for creating MKV.
1. Run MakeMKV.
2. Click on the Source
3. It allows me to select either /BDMV/index.bdmv or /BDMV/MovieOBject.bdmv. No other files are selectable as the "Source File". Irrespective of which file I chose, I always get this message:
-----------
MakeMKV v1.6.0 darwin(x86-release) started
Debug logging enabled, log will be saved as /Users/xxxxx/MakeMKV_log.txt
Optical drive "DVD+R-DL Optiarc DVD RW AD-7240S 1.03" opened in OS access mode.
