Just bought newly released Season 2 on Blu-Ray. Having trouble with Episode 5 on Disk 1. I have cleaned the disk surface and there are no obvious problems. I am able to make a back-up of the disk with no problem; however when I rip from either the disk or the back-up file I get the same failure. The logs are identical. The log is too long to include in body of this post, but I have attached it.

A badly mastered disc. Will try to add workaround, meanwhile making a decrypted full disc backup and using mkvtoolnix is the best workaround.
